Amteck has been awarded the Design/Build contract by Arco Construction to construct a new speculative building in Fountain Inn, SC. Tower International, which has its headquarters in Livonia, MI, will move into a 206,000 ft.² speculative building in the Southchase Industrial Park.
Tower International supplies body-structure stampings, frames, and other chassis structures, as well as complex welded assemblies for cars, crossovers, pickup trucks and SUV’s. The construction project represents a $44M investment that Tower International plans to make in Fountain Inn, SC.
