Building Information Modeling (BIM)
BIM technology allows all stakeholders – from the architect to the engineer to the contractor – to manage information for a building or redesign project. This 3D modeling allows us to bring any project – from small to large – to life, easily visualizing all elements, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and even light analysis. Amteck’s team has invested in the most sophisticated technology to ensure seamless communication throughout the design-build process.

Prefabrication Services
Amteck’s prefab facility is designed to prefabricate all the electrical devices located in partition and block walls on all its projects. These assemblies are created in our prefab facility where the work is done by, or under the direct supervision of, a licensed electrician. All assemblies are UL listed.
Amteck’s Prefabrication Facility offers ready-to-install, UL compliant, assemblies that are designed and coordinated by our BIM/VDC Department utilizing DFMA principles. Prefabrication allows us the flexibility to accomplish work that would typically have to wait for GC schedules. This allows us to stay ahead of the game and more prepared on projects to make a bigger impact for our customers.
All assemblies are manufactured and all work is manufactured in a controlled atmosphere and function tested before being shipped to our job sites. This significantly speeds up the installation process to reduce time on job sites and improve the quality of all assemblies.
 Prefabrication has proven to reduce the cost of labor and material, ensure savings for our customers, increase safety by completing work in a controlled environment with greater visibility to individual employees, and be more competitive in our field.
