Amteck has landed it’s sixth project award in the last two-and-a-half years with Caterpillar Inc. It also marks its second facility in as many years under Gray Construction. The 1,000,000 ²f facility located in Athens, GA will manufacture small track-type tractors and mini hydraulic excavators.
Amteck recently completed an 850,000 ²f facility with Gray Construction for Caterpillar, in Winston-Salem, N.C. that manufactures surface mining truck axles.
